Voting YES on this Special Election will raise the voter threshold of agreement to 60% for making critical changes to the Ohio Constitution on upcoming issues like abortion (in all 9 months), gender transition procedures for children, parental rights and legalizing marijuana.
NOVEMBER 7th - VOTE “NO” on “The Ohio Reproductive Freedom with Protections for Health & Safety Amendment.”
This November ballot initiative intends to add an Ohio Constitutional Amendment promoting and protecting abortion in all 9 months as well as all other “reproductive healthcare” services, including gender transition treatments for children, without parental notification or consent.
